02What we collect
What you type into our forms (name, business, email, phone, your message), the details needed for an order and its invoice, and the technical data needed to run the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies; our visitor statistics are anonymous.
03Why we use it
To answer you, to deliver what you bought and invoice it, to keep our accounts as the law requires, and to protect the site against abuse. For the waitlist, we use your email only to tell you when Comptoir opens in your country.
04Who receives it
Our service providers, only for what they do for us: Resend (email), Revolut (payments) and our hosting provider [to be confirmed]. In Tunisia, a visit request goes to the SparkleUp agent for your governorate. We never sell your data.
05How long we keep it
Inquiries: up to two years after our last exchange. Orders and invoices: as long as accounting law requires. Waitlist: until Comptoir opens in your country or you leave the list.
06Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or take a copy with you. Write to hello@sparkleupsolutions.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
07Data inside Comptoir
What you record on your till stays on your till. We only see it if you send it to us for support, with your permission.
