Comptoir licence agreement

01The licence
SparkleUp Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Comptoir in one establishment, with no time limit, and with the number of devices included in your purchase.
02What is included
Every module, one main till, up to four waiter devices and one kitchen screen, unless your order says otherwise. Extra tills and devices can be added.
03What you may not do
Copy Comptoir, resell or rent it, take it apart to study how it works, get around its licence protection, or use it in an establishment or country other than the one it was sold for.
04Activation
Each licence is activated for one PC. If you replace the PC, we move the licence for you on request.
05Your data
The data you record in Comptoir belongs to you. It is stored on your till, encrypted, and you can export it at any time. We do not access it without your permission.
06Updates
Updates and support are included for 12 months from activation. The software keeps working without them.
07Warranty and liability
We will fix defects that stop Comptoir working as described. Beyond the warranties the law gives you, Comptoir is provided as it is, and our liability is limited as set out in the terms of sale.
08End of the licence
We may end the licence if you seriously break this agreement and do not put it right after we tell you.
