    You pay, the invoice prints

    You pay 700 DT in cash to the agent. SparkleUp’s official invoice prints on your till and reaches you on WhatsApp.

Questions

Can I pay by card or transfer?

In Tunisia, Comptoir is paid in cash to your agent on the day of installation. You receive SparkleUp’s official invoice straight away.

Do I need internet?

No. Comptoir sells without internet, and even the activation is done from the agent’s phone. Internet is only useful for updates.

What hardware do I need?

A Windows PC (a touch screen is faster), an 80 mm printer and a cash drawer. Your agent can advise you on what you already have.

What happens after 12 months?

Comptoir keeps working: the licence never expires. The first 12 months of updates and support are included.
